Most Medical Journal articles need an expensive subscription in order to download the full text of the article you require. The following articles are available free, without a subscription. If you wish to view or save them on your computer hard disk in .pdf files (highly recommended), you will need to download for free Adobe Acrobat Reader , if you don't already have it.
